Practical help for
the work in front of you.

Small individual projects and more complex engagements are welcome. Start with what you need to accomplish; we agree on an appropriate approach and clear deliverables.

Three illustrative examples, not client projects or verified results. The same approach can help businesses in other fields.

Example / Bakery

Know what each product really earns.

The problem
You know what sells, but ingredient costs, labor, and packaging make it hard to see what each product earns.

How OPSFix can help
Bring your costs and selling prices into a practical spreadsheet, with a clear summary of margins and room to compare pricing options.

What you could receive
A costing and pricing tool with checked calculations, a margin summary, and clear instructions for updating your numbers.

Example / Repair shop

See what’s holding up each job.

The problem
Jobs are waiting on parts, approvals, or follow-ups, and the information is scattered across messages, notes, and systems.

How OPSFix can help
Map the handoffs and bring job status, blockers, responsibilities, and next actions into a shared tracker or dashboard.

What you could receive
A practical view of work in progress, with clear ownership of follow-ups and a simple process for keeping it current.

Example / Trades business

Spend less time chasing paperwork.

The problem
Copying customer details, organizing job notes, and remembering follow-ups take time away from the work you do best.

How OPSFix can help
Connect inquiry forms, job records, and reminders in a workflow suited to your existing tools, with follow-up messages prepared for review.

What you could receive
A tested tool or automation with clear instructions, agreed access controls, and a practical handoff. Integrations depend on available system access.

Start with what
your business needs.

Research, supplier comparisons, and one-off business reports are also available. The right solution might be a spreadsheet, a clearer process, or a custom tool built around the systems you already use.

Choosing the right approach

A clear scope.
A practical result.

For a straightforward request, we can agree on the work directly. Paid Operational Discovery is available when a larger or uncertain problem needs detailed assessment.

Agree before work begins.
Scope, price, deliverables, timing, and acceptance criteria are agreed first. Additional work is agreed separately.
Planned availability.
Work is scheduled. Same-day emergency fixes and 24/7 on-call coverage are not offered.
One-off or recurring reports.
Choose a report your team can run, an automated process, or agreed recurring preparation. Frequency, inputs, and responsibilities are defined together.
Appropriate boundaries.
Research and business tools support your decisions. Regulated legal, tax, audit, or investment advice is outside this service scope.

You can be the point person, even if you work alone. We need someone who can explain the need, authorize appropriate information access, make decisions, and review the result.
