How we use
your inquiry.
A short description is enough. Please leave out passwords, customer records, and other confidential details.
Information you provide
The form collects your name, email address and project description, plus your business name and type of assistance if you include them. OPSFix Studio uses this information to review your request, respond to you and discuss possible work.
Storage and email
Inquiries are stored privately using Hostinger hosting and database services. A copy is sent to your email address and an internal notification is sent to OPSFix Studio. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Verification and abuse prevention
Google reCAPTCHA checks submissions for abuse. This involves Google processing information about your browser and interaction with the site. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. The inquiry system also temporarily stores a hash of the connection address to limit repeated submissions. It does not store the CAPTCHA token in your inquiry.
Questions about your information
Inquiry records are retained for follow-up and administration; this form does not automatically delete them after submission. To ask about retention, request a correction or request deletion, reply to your confirmation email. Include the inquiry reference so we can identify the record.
